  • On Tuesday Seneca East Middle School will be participating in National Mix It Up At Lunch Day.  Please view this video from another school participating in this program to learn what it is all about.  On Tuesday you each will have your name on a card at one of the lunch tables.  After you have gotten your tray, please find your name and sit at that table.  On the table will be conversation starters for your group.  The point is to "Mix it up" and get out of our comfort zone, to take some time to truly get to know some other peers within our class.  Studies show that when we take some time to get to know the heart of a person, we stop judging and speaking out of hate or ignorance and we begin to support and befriend one another even though they might not be in our immediate friend circle.  Take this time to truly get to know each other and cultivate some new friendships.  Our school will be a better place for it.  Thanks for mixing it up!!!  Mix It Up at Lunch Video
